New Spider-Man: Homecoming Trailer
“Do me a favor. Can’t you just be a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man?"
Synopsis: A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine – distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man – but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.

Today marked the release of the first full feature trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming which gives us a much better look at Tom Holland as our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Of course Holland donned the lycra suit in last year’s Captain America: Civil War but now gets his own feature that follows Spidey on his own home turf, New York City.
Also featured prominently in the trailer is Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark (aka Iron Man) who mentors the young Peter Parker as he learns to come to grips with his newfound identity.
We haven’t had a look at the film since the first trailer hit last December, but this one packs tons of web-slinging action and plenty of shots of Michael Keaton as Vulture who proclaims “The world’s changing boys. Time we changed too.”
Spider-Man: Homecoming is slated for a mid-summer release to theaters on July 7, 2017.
